My cat had diarriha and now he has hard doo doo with blood!? - can my cat get hemeroids

Yesterday it was have alittle bit loose stools. So I gave him plenty of water and gave him instead of eating drive. It is now Dooky HARD blood! Why ?!?!!?!?! I saw her ass and seems to have hemeroids! Why? I take it to the vet today or wait to see if it receives a better future, and take him? If so, what are the things I can do to help?
